Accessibility

This site aims to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Body text is set at sixteen pixels or larger, contrast is checked against AA thresholds, every control is reachable by keyboard, and focus is always visible.

There is exactly one animation on this site: a single dot that travels once across a rule between sections. If your system asks for reduced motion, it does not animate at all. Nothing here flashes, autoplays, or moves while you read.

Forms use real labels, errors are announced, and no field depends on colour alone. The self-check can be completed entirely from the keyboard.

In session

Bilateral stimulation does not have to be visual. Tactile tappers and alternating audio work equally well, and are the default if eye movement is uncomfortable, unsafe, or simply not for you. Sessions can be adapted for vision, hearing, mobility and sensory needs — just ask.
