A card can be kept securely on file and charged after each session. You'll get a receipt by email every time.
Payment
Paying for sessions
Payment is due at the time of the session. Nothing here is a portal login — if you're a current client, your invoices live in the client portal.
Venmo
Accepted for session fees. Please send as a friends-and-family payment with no note describing the service, so nothing clinical ends up in a public feed.
Bank transfer
Available for intensives and prepaid blocks. Details are provided on the invoice.
Superbills
If you plan to claim against out-of-network benefits, ask and I'll issue a monthly superbill listing dates, service codes, fees and payments. Whether it is reimbursed is between you and your insurer, and a superbill does require a diagnosis to be recorded.
